Mileage Add-On

Google Maps® is the sole method for determining road miles. Road miles are calculated from the home office (3001 Horse Shoe Ct, Orlando FL 32822) to the venue location.

Mileage charges as follows:

  • Mileage between 51 and 75 miles - + $25.00
  • Mileage between 76 and 90 miles - + $50.00
  • Mileage over 90 miles - + $75.00
    • If there is a rehearsal, a hotel room (cost paid and hotel selection by the couple) for the night(s) between the rehearsal and the ceremony will be required.
    • If there is no rehearsal (or the officiant's presence is not required) and the ceremony begins before 12:00 Noon local time, a hotel room (cost paid and hotel selection by the couple) will be required for the night before the ceremony.
    • If the ceremony or reception (if there is a meal blessing) begins after 4:00 PM local time, a hotel room (cost paid and hotel selection by the couple) will be required for the night after the ceremony/reception.
